Administration: where we look after everything to do with the administration of your Algarve Property, from bill paying to ensuring your Electricity meter is read on a regular basis and paying all other expenses.

Property Maintenance: Any problems while you are a way, we can get rectified, from leaking taps to cracks appearing etc we can ensure your property is always at its best. (Any repairs are always carried out by professional tradesmen and only with the owners consent).

Garden & Pool Care along with cleaning, key holding and Inventories are also included in our Full Property Management Service.

If you are looking to rent you property on a long term or short term basis to bring in extra revenue from your investment, then Courtney Martin have a considerable knowledge and experience in renting in Portugal, including how to find renters, the laws of renting and ensuring your property is looked after while rented.

Our main trading area is Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Vale do Garrao. We do have many associated businesses that we know offer high quality services across the Algarve, therefore if you require Property Management, but not in our area, please contact us as we can recommend others to you.
